You can redeem your eZawadi Voucher at any Mpesa Paybill or Till Numbers across the country.
All Bank Paybills and Agent Numbers are blacklisted and hence you cannot redeem at these points.
No. You cannot cash your vouchers
To redeem your voucher, dial our USSD (*355*700#) OR click app.ezawadi.co.ke and select the redeem option, provide the merchant’s Paybill or Till number, enter the amount and submit.
You will receive a message from eZawadi confirming a successful redemption including the Mpesa reference Code for your transaction.
The outlet that you redeem at will receive payment with the ID “Tally International Consultancy Limited”
eZawadi vouchers does not have an expiration date for now. In case of an expiry, official communication will be made to you.
Yes, you can perform partial redemptions. You can redeem the amount you wish to redeem, and the remaining balance will be available for future use.
Yes, you can share your eZawadi voucher to any other number through the Sambaza Option available on the app
You do not need to give any instructions to the Merchants outlets that you are redeeming at. At the point you initiate redemption, our system will settle the merchant paybill/Till Number in real time similar to an Mpesa Payment.
